We offer free delivery to all UK (mainland) orders over £25. These orders will be shipped via DPD on Next-Day Delivery. Shipping starts from £1.80 on orders below £25.

Delivery Times

All orders placed before 14:30 will be processed and dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). After 14:30, orders will be dispatched the following business day. 

Once your order is dispatched, our courier will email, on the email address provided at the time of your order, with a consignment number to allow you to track the package as it is delivered. Go Magnets and our courier cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost or stolen once delivery has been made. We would always recommend items are delivered to an address where they can be signed for.

If no-one is in when delivery is attempted, a second delivery will be attempted the following working day. Following this attempt, the package will be held at the local depot for 2 days before it is returned to the sender. You must contact the courier with your tracking number, within the 2 days, to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. If the package is returned to sender a refund will be issued minus the cost of the return carriage in line with our terms and conditions.

Some items may be out of stock, if this is the case, you'll be advised of the new delivery date and offered a refund of required.  If you require your products by a specific date, provided we are able to obtain the products we can arrange an express overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing the order if you have a specific date.
